Thank you for shopping with Woofera! Below are the details about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes may occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Locations

Woofera currently ships within the United States.

If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@woofera.store to check availability.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us at support@woofera.store within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Woofera is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Woofera is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Reach out to us at support@woofera.store and we will do our best to assist

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
